The GKHMRH Instruments Automated BOCLE System is an automatic labora to ryinstrument for carrying out lubricity testing of Aviation Turbine Fuels. It fullyconforms to the requirements of ASTM D 5001-2023 “Standard Test Method
for Measurement of Lubricity of Aviation Turbine Fuels by the Ball -on-Cylinder Lubricity Evaluator (BOCLE)”
The GKHMRH aviation kerosene lubricity tester software (aviation kerosene lubricity tester control/AI automatic recognition measurement system V1.0; registration number 14013992) is developed based on the principle of the aviation kerosene lubricity tester test method standard (ASTM D5001 standard) and AI automatic recognition, measurement, and calculation.The software workstation monitors the "temperature", "humidity", and "motor speed" in real-time during the experiment and its process. After the experiment is completed, the temperature, humidity, and speed process of the current experiment can be traced.
All processes of self checking, pre adjustment, and pre-processing for 15 minutes and 30 minutes in the experiment are automatically completed, achieving fully automated processing without the need for intervention.
It can achieve automatic recognition, measurement, and calculation functions for the test ball (with a calculation error of less than 10 μ m), automatically take photos and upload them to the test report, and generate a graphic and textual report integrating data, curves, and scratch images; Capable of querying and retrieving historical test records; The test results are automatically saved and cannot be modified again to ensure their authenticity and uniqueness

In 2024, we participated in the Institute for Interlaboratory Studies'aviation kerosene lubricity capability verification project. A total of 31 laboratories participated, including 8 laboratories in China and 23 lab-oratories from other countries. Our company is the only instrument manufacturer laboratory participating in the experiment. The result of
the capability verification report is excellent.
